Nordson ClassicBlue ZCE Replacement – ClassicBlue zero cavity extended nozzle (ZCE)
The ClassicBlue zero cavity modules are used in applications that require consistent no-clog / no-drip operation, extrusion control and precise bead placement. The nozzle and needle assembly eliminates the formations of tiny adhesive pockets that can lead to nozzle clogging, drool, and adhesive stringing. The self-cleaning action of the needle within the nozzle reduces maintenance and minimizes blockages.
