“Client,” “You,” and “Your” refer to the person accessing this website and agreeing to these terms. “The Company,” “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refer to Glenmar Technology LLC, a company registered in the State of New Jersey, United States. “Party” or “Parties” refers to both the Client and the Company, individually or collectively. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to fulfill the Client’s needs in accordance with applicable United States law.

 

Privacy Statement:

We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable US privacy laws, including where relevant the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Any information collected from customers is used only by authorized employees on a need-to-know basis. We continually review our systems and data practices to ensure the best possible service.

Unauthorized access to our computer systems or data is a violation of federal law under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA), and we will pursue all available legal remedies against those responsible.

 

Confidentiality:

All client records are treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your personal information to any third party except where required by law or a valid court order. We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing purposes. Clients may request access to any records we hold about them by contacting us directly. Any emails sent by Glenmar Technology will relate only to agreed services, products, or direct business communications.

 

Exclusions and Limitations:

The information on this website is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glenmar Technology LLC excludes all liability for inaccuracies or omissions in website content, direct or indirect damages arising from use of this website, loss of business, revenue, or profits, and damage to your computer systems or software.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable US law. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Payments:

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and wire transfer. We also ship factory direct worldwide. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. All goods remain the property of Glenmar Technology LLC until payment has been received in full.

Outstanding balances not settled within 30 days of invoice will accrue interest at 2% above the outstanding balance per month. Balances unpaid after 60 days may be referred to a collections agency or pursued through appropriate legal channels. You will be responsible for any associated administrative or legal costs. Returned checks incur a $25 processing fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@glenmartech.com. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee for orders cancelled after processing has begun.

 

Termination and Refunds:

Either party may terminate a service agreement at any time. Where services have not yet commenced, any prepaid amounts will be refunded in full. Where services are already underway, no refund will be issued for the portion already delivered. For product returns, please refer to our Returns Policy page or contact our support team directly. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

Our website uses cookies to improve user experience and enable core functionality. Cookies may be used to retain your preferences and session information between visits. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function as intended.
